TENNESSEE NATIONAL MARINA

This beautiful setting on Watts Bar Lake in Loudon, TN is part of the renowned Tennessee National gated, waterfront development.  This community features a Greg Norman designed golf course, restaurants, a concert venue, and a high-end marina.

The Dock IT marina system designed and being installed for Tennessee National features:

• Initial phases with 131 covered slips able to accommodate boats up to 40’ in length. 

• A vented roof system.

• Concrete paver decking.

• Power pedestals to deliver electricity and water to each slip.

• An 8’x40’ gangway for easy access

• Spud pole anchoring.

Future plans included the annual expansion of these facilities over the next several years.
